RAIN, glorious rain

Finally in April of 2009 we had decent rains. So much so that after the dry of the year before water was running everywhere as there wasn’t any ground cover to soak it up.

On ANZAC Day Keri-Keri received 37.5mm of rain in one day. With a good preparation rain the day before of 12mm.

Since then there were good rains up until the end of June. All graziers and farmers are now hoping for a wet and bountiful spring.
